Pale biscuit pink flowers.

Alstromeria ligtu Frances

Strongly yellow edged leaves result in an especially bright foilage show in the spring, though it is less pronounced by mid summer, the plwers are pale biscuit pink.  June/July 24-36".

Planting instructions:

Plant 5" deep, on a gravelly cushion. Best planted in a warm sheltered and sunny site  to establish themselves. Slugs find the young shoots irresistible! It will grow in well drained soil or heavier soils provided they are not waterlogged. It is hardy but may need some protection during the coldest of winters.
