 Mexican bulbs that would need winter protection to allow them a dry frost free rest after they have flowered. Tall stemmed with elegant flowers in August and September for a pot on the patio or in a pot plunged into the rockery (to be rescued and protected in the winter). 5 bulbs would go into one 8” pot. Dangling orange-red flowers, creamy coloured within, with long stamens opening wide in autumn sunshine. 18” tall
