The 'Day Lilies'. Easy plants for all soil types, apart from the very dry, so very adaptable. The individual flowers are not long-lasting but are produced sequentially so the total flowering period is really quite extended. The species forms have a big advantage in being scented. Allow them time to settle down in a well prepared site in some sun.
