Dark beetroot coloured flowers on strong stems, either for planting outside where they will flower in April, 10" (25cm) tall,  or if used for forcing in pots will flower in January, after which they can be planted outside. Hugely scented.

Planting Instructions

Either pot or plant outside 3" - 4" (7-10cm) deep and 8" (20cm) apart in sun. Grow outside in any well drained moderately fertile soil.  In pots, grow in cool conditions and in good light.

Some people have an allergy to hycinths, we suggest you might wear gloves when handling the bulbs
