A blue iris with violet-blue falls with gold and white markings, suitable for a sunny position with very well drained soil, preferably in a rock garden or container.  Gordon is very hardy and like other reticulata irises is fragrant. Flowering in February / March to 6" (15cm).

Planting instructions

Plant the bulbs 2-4" (5-10cm) apart at twice their own depth in well-drained, rich peaty soil in sun or partial shade. Top-dress the soil with grit so the flowers are not splashed with soil in rain.
