Early flowering, typically February or March with large flowers on reasonably short stems. Louder colours generally so suitable to plant in containers to greet your friends and the warmer sunshine. They go in about 5" (12cm ) apart as the flowers open widely in the sun. They all have good leaf markings too. plant them with suitably coloured Dutch crocus perhaps, these make a good combination.
