Big flowered with flaring thick textured petals

Lilium Casa Blanca

An Oriental hybrid with very big flowered with flaring thick textured petals surrounding contrastingly dark anthers. Not a lily for very limey soils. Very sweetly scented and more exotic. 36" tall. July flowering.

Lilies need moist but well drained soils, deep planting with lots of good compost and half sun. Allow 8"between bulbs in the garden, or cram 3 in a deep heavy 15" diameter pot.
