Classic vase shaped blooms which, in bud particularly, exaggeratedly flaunt their silhouette with a pure white hem to each petal. The unusual petal colour is a more reserved and less flamboyant dusky reddish purple. Sharply pointed petal tips top the flower.  Late April/early May flowering  18" (45cm). AGM

With purples, pinks and whites.

Planting instructions

The bulbs should be deeply planted with about 5" (12cm) of soil over the bulb and 5" (12cm) apart in a sunny site, never waterlogged for long, 3-4" (7-10cm) apart.
